Two words: Absolutely Smitten! ♡

if someone where to come to me and tell me that as part of their accessories they were going to 'work' a pair of bunny ears , in all honesty i think i would have laughed in their face, bunnies are cute dont get me wrong but i thought their ears worn on heads were restricted to a) halloween b) fancy dress costumes or c) easter festivities

but along came the Louis Vuitton fall 2009 collection and my jaw dropped... 

lets just say i no longer hold anything against bunny ears and i definitely feel the need to have my own pair of designer ears.. who would have thought?

Green with envy.

So lost for words but..

 This is all i want for christmas .

balmain australian style

 Only Jennifer Hawkins could pull off this jacket wearing a bikini, and it would only be seen in Australia. High fashion goes beach in this case thanks to Harpers Bazaar (cover for november issue). Finally Balmain comes to Australia with this jacket being sold in Myer!!!!  ahh if only i had the 5500 to buy it..

I coloured my hair today.. for the first time finally.. few blonde highlights im quite proud and happy.

pump up those shoulders

Earlier i was standing in front of my closet and it dawned on me that i didnt have one piece of clothing that contained exaggerated shoulders (i know i know, what am i thinking?). So after much consideration and staring in shock at my wardrobe, i discovered i had a jacket that was very much like something ive seen in a Balmain collection (no my jacket is not Balmain just looks like it... sigh)

So after deciding that i needed to buy some shoulder pads and add them to this jacket to make it look even more   Balmain- esque, i brushed this thought aside and went to my usual shopping centre, brought my usual coffee, and made my usual detour to spoortsgirl, after 10 minutes of browsing i was convinced i had a guardian angel somewhere looking out for me, there they were right in front of my eyes.. shoulder pads.. in sportsgirl... for $5... thankyou, and problem solved.  Get some.

Well we all know who Rachel Zoe is and if not you've obviously been hiding under a rock (go and do your research). She s an absolute styling genius and is an inspiration.
